My story
I grew up with the flavors, traditions, and warmth of Vietnam. Today, I live in France, surrounded by old villages, changing seasons, garden harvests, and a slower rhythm of life.
These two worlds are at the heart of Chez Thao Hoang.
In my kitchen, Vietnamese herbs meet French produce. In the garden, I grow ingredients that remind me of home alongside the flowers and fruits of the French countryside. When I travel, I look for quiet streets, local markets, and stories hidden in ordinary places.
Chez Thao Hoang is not about creating a perfect life. It is about noticing the beauty already present in everyday life.

I am happiest when I am cooking for people I love, discovering somewhere new, or standing in the garden with dirt on my hands.
